What a life expanding experience the couples coaching container was for Pete and myself! 

Each session was a truly opening, healing and inspiring experience that felt so organic and aligned with what was moving through us at that time. 

The feminine, masculine and couple practices that Martina and Rod invited us to undertake were nourishing and perfectly aligned to suit where we were at each week and what we were needing in order to reconnect as a couple. 

Such simple, achievable yet powerful exercises! 

Both Rod and Martina’s support during the zoom sessions and in-between sessions was incredible. Their intuition and advice was always spot on and tailored to each individual's needs, yet somehow what they would say to individuals on the call seemed to deeply impact and relate to all our relationships. 

The 6 sessions helped us weave a basket of deeper understanding as couples and it was evident that each couple was growing stronger as time went on. 

I would leave each call feeling that this was the  medicine and motivation we needed to heal any past damage our relationship may have accumulated post having children and being caught up in the busy-ness of our daily lives and not making enough time with each other to connect. 

Themes of frustration, resentment and not being heard all seemed to dissipate during the course. More presence, love and devotion started to filter into our world and our relationship and it continues to do so. 

Whilst our relationship still takes a short daily practice of showing up, it is now a commitment that we want to show up for and doesn’t feel like a chore. The difference is we now know how a short couples practice each day brings so much more connection and joy into our lives and that of our children. I personally feel I am able to express myself more in ways I wouldn’t in the past feel comfortable to do, and feel fully held and supported by Pete, in all my expressions. We feel like great role models for our children how we now express in a more authentic and vulnerable way. 

Thanks to Martina and Rods sound advice, support and wisdom, Pete and I have reconnected at a deeper place then ever before. This course is a program I believe ALL couples should undertake. 

There is no blame, there is no mental processing like it would if you saw a couples counsellor. This course has wonderful embodiment and releasing practices of past pent up emotions. It helps you take responsibility for your own healing, and then from this place unite with your partner in a deeply connecting way. 

Rod and Martina as facilitators walk the talk. They live and breathe what they teach. They are an inspirational couple that you can learn so much from by even just observing their body language and how they communicate with each other! Their vulnerability and wisdom is a unique and generous offering, that has provided so many gifts to our relationship. 

I am so grateful to Martina and Rod and happy there is an offering such as this out there. It was as if my prayers were answered finding the course and undertaking it with Pete. We both gained so much from it and I know the couples who take the brave step to do it - will never regret it!  I believe that this course has the capacity to save relationships but not only that, make people thrive both individually and as a couple.

Martina has been my personal relationship and intimacy coach for many years. So when the opportunity came up to have her and Rod coach me and my husband, I was all for it. 

Admittedly, we were doing "just fine" and didn't have any problems we could pinpoint "needing" a couples coach for. In the first session, we quickly realised how low on our priority list intimacy with each other was. 

For context, we're newlyweds with a one year old, who just moved to a new city where we know no one and are both working full-time jobs, with no babysitting help. But we were making it work. 

The thing Martina and Rod really brought to light is that even in the midst of all of the challenging circumstances, you can create moments of intimacy that honour you, your partner, and your partnership. 

Through our sessions and homework practices, we were about to rebuild and repair our relationship in ways we didn't even think were possible or knew were needed. We got present to how parenting has changed our dynamic (which is to be expected) and the impact of what not prioritising our relationship could look like pretty soon. We opened up and said things to each other in those sessions that have never come up naturally (and we pride ourselves on being excellent communicators). 

Martina and Rod shone a light on the feminine and masculine undertones of our interactions with each other and encouraged us to embrace and love ourselves and our relationship - even in the hard moments. 

Their attentiveness and insight has proved to be extremely valuable. We have continued our daily practices in the months since our last session and are so grateful for Martina and Rod. 

They have contributed more to us and our relationship than we will even know. We highly, highly recommend working with them. They are a dynamic team and offer such a wide spectrum of coaching and their ability to listen for what really matters is unmatched.
