Create Your Daily Practice

A SHORT GUIDE

The key to lasting change is a consistent Daily Practice.

You will start to see real change occur in your life when you sustain a consistent and quality practice.

Noticeable changes have been felt within as little as x weeks amongst our members who engage fully with their community and their practice.

What is Possible?

Your Daily Practice is a foundational part of your transformation.

When you choose to begin each day with a masculine stillness meditation or a feminine movement practice, over time, you will create a spacious foundation with yourself that has a greater capacity of sharing and receiving love.

We have witnessed first hand over many years, our client’s ability to create lasting change within their lives through committing to a daily practice in a shared space of like-minded community.

Men who sustain a quality daily practice can experience:

  • (I have this written in transcript just running out of time now to edit it cut and paste it over...)

Women who sustain a quality daily practice can experience:

How does it work?

A daily practice serves to interrupt old patterns within the mind and body, supporting you to create healthier new habits in life. Getting in touch with your body each day allows you to bring presence to your relationships. It allows you to navigate through life in a new way. One that is grounded and aligned, integral with what you truly desire. The promotes clarity and discernment supporting you to make more integral decisions.

What do I do?

1. Movement

A Movement Practice is simply moving and sounding how your body needs to feel. It embodies healthy feminine qualities and is beneficial to both women and men.

You don’t need to move with any intentions of changing how you feel, or shifting stale energy. Simply be present to the current sensations and feelings arising in the moment.

2. Meditation

A Meditation Practice involves sitting in silence and stillness, and embodies healthy masculine qualities, within both women and men. The essential part of a meditation is presence.

Why Check-in Daily?

We have created a space here for all of our members to be accountable to their evolving Daily Practice.

It is a social forum called "My Daily Practice Check-in" and you will find it in 'My Home'.

Utilising this online space to check-in your progress daily will significantly improve your chances of remaining consistent in your practice.

We invite you to share with your community members each day after you have completed your Daily Practice. This will help keep you accountable, support you to create a consistent practice, and inspire others to sustain their Daily Practice also.

When do I practice?

Ideally, you would begin your practice first thing in the morning, because it makes a significant difference to the quality of your day.

But then daily practice needs to be taken into the day. More guidance on integrating your practice can be found on this in Establish a Daily Practice:  6 week intensive. (this would be hyperlinked to course)
